As both a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator and California Real Estate Agent, Sergiy can help clients understand the real estate and financing sides of a home purchase. Whether a client is preparing for pre-approval, comparing financing options, searching for a home, making an offer, or working toward closing, Sergiy can provide guidance throughout the process while keeping each professional role and responsibility clear.

In addition to real estate and mortgage lending, Sergiy is an Enrolled Agent and owner of KS Tax Services Inc. in Citrus Heights. His background working with individuals, self-employed clients, investors, and small-business owners gives him practical experience with financial documents, income structures, and many of the financial considerations that can accompany homeownership and real estate investing.

Having built his own life and businesses in the Sacramento area, Sergiy also understands what it means to establish yourself in a new community and work toward long-term financial stability. He speaks English, Ukrainian, and Russian and especially enjoys helping clients who may be unfamiliar with the U.S. real estate and mortgage process.
