I grew up in the small town of Ripon, CA and I have currently settled down in Elk Grove, CA. I have 2 amazing children a daughter & son. My daughter is a Graduate of Sac State 2019 and my son will be attending the Police academy in the fall of 2020. We all are very active enjoying the beautiful outdoors, sporting events, animals (we have 3-dogs) and most importantly, we love cooking & laughing together with friends and family; nothing warms my heart more.
I have been a licensed MLO since 2000, and I have had my Real Estate License since 2003, so all together I bring 19+ yrs. of experience to the table. My years as a Mortgage Professional has enable me to understand and master all aspects of the Lending & Real Estate process, from the initial loan application all the way to closing and drawing my own loan docs. I’ve done it all and know all phases of the lending process including training new MLO’s. I am also a credit repair expert and I have been fixing credit for 20 yrs. and have helped hundreds of clients get their credit on track to becoming a home owner.
However I have to say the most rewarding part of my job is the relationships & partnerships I have built with all the wonderful clients & industry partners I have worked with & helped out throughout the years, and these relationships will last a lifetime. Honestly to me there is nothing more gratifying than helping others and turning their dreams into reality; truth.
So if you know anyone that is considering Purchasing, Refinancing or Selling their home it would be my pleasure to help assist them throughout the whole process. In addition if you know anyone that needs help with their credit, please feel to reach out to me, as I stated before I am a credit expert and can get anyone back on track to credit worthiness and home ownership………”if there’s a will there’s a way.”

Sal Molina started his mortgage career as a part time teller at a local credit union in 2011 while working a 2nd job as a boxing coach. It was that banking experience coupled with the suggestion from a student at the boxing gym that led him to show up at a job fair 7 yrs ago for a mortgage company that was hiring entry level sales professionals. This was the opportunity needed to build a career, and build he did. From the beginning of his tenure he consistently ranked at the top of the company in terms of families helped by restructuring their home loans to save them as much money monthly as possible. From there he proceeded to branch off with another company that was better equipped to assist homebuyers in closing their purchase loans at a competitive rate, in a timely manner, and with world class service. It wasn’t long before Sal determined that there was a better way to do business. One that would allow him the autonomy to conduct business his way; while still being able to offer his clients competitive products. In his 7th year; he is experienced enough to find solutions to problems before they cause delays, and young enough to have the energy to commit to you and your financing goals.
