Montell’s passion for real estate is deep seeded in his desire for customer service. Throughout his career, Montell has made career choices that cause him to be in contact with people in some way; whether on the phone or in person. Although new to real estate, he is not new to the idea of how to make his client happy.
“I may not know the answer, but I know how to find it.” Montell is always looking to learn and to grow. He is not afraid to ask questions and find answers. Montell is attentive to the wants and needs of his client and addresses their concerns with honesty and integrity.
Shortly after graduating high school, Montell enlisted and proudly served 6 years in the United States Air Force. After leaving the armed forces, Montell began a career with the State of California where he would remain for just under 10 years. Within that time, Montell earned a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Phoenix in 2013.
As a result of this experience, Montell has learned the value of attention to detail, honesty, integrity, compassion, being trustworthy, and motivation. Both the State of California and the Armed Forces have provided Montell with a plethora of experience working with a multitude of people from different backgrounds and beliefs. This experience has allowed Montell to be able to connect with people from anywhere in the world.
Montell is a dedicated family man. He is married and has seven children; 4 girls and 3 boys. His wife is a stay at home mother and a freelance photographer. They support each other in their endeavors and collectively teach the children the values the both hold dear. These family values, some of which are mentioned above, are what you will experience when working with Montell. “I don’t want to help you buy a house; I want to help you find a home.”
